Ryan Garlington has more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. He is currently the West Market Client Experience Manager at Cox Communications.

Ryan has worked for organizations such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and currently Cox Communications. As a pre-teen, he even owned and operated his own car wash/lawncare company. His dedication to his organization, and servant leadership, is represented in his work ethic and the winning of awards in every measurable key performance indicator. This includes throwing of a first pitch at an Arizona Diamondbacks game for winning the highest leadership award Cox has to offer in its Jim Robbins leadership award. What’s most impressive is his ability to duplicate such success through the development of others.

He graduated with a 3.9 GPA as a member of the National Dean’s List with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Management from AIU.

Ryan is dedicated to his family and then community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Black Chamber of Arizona and is an active member of the Glendale Chamber. In addition, he is a Coach, and youth mentor and is passionate about all aspects of improving the forces which help our economy thrive.
