Terrence Spencer has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and leadership. He is currently a Senior Department Leader at Edward Jones.

As a Senior Department Leader at Edward Jones, a Fortune 500 financial services firm, Terrence has responsibility for Asset Movement Operations.  In this role, he is responsible for creating automated transfer solutions for branches and clients. In addition, he develops strategic plans to align with the organization’s vision and develops leaders and associates to prepare them for increased responsibility. 

Prior to joining Edward Jones, Terrence held positions in the Accounting Division of Citi and Bank of America.  Through these roles Terrence has gained experience in leadership, strategic execution and financial services in both banking and brokerage operations.

Terrence received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University. Terrence holds the FINRA General Securities Representative License (Series 7) as well as his Uniform Securities Agent License (Series 63).  

In addition to serving on the board of the Black Chamber of Arizona, Terrence is a member of the Investment Company Institute serving on the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee and is co-chair of the 529 Plan working group.
